To start the reinstatement process for an Adjunct member, please email the following information to Tina Matillano at timatillano@aad.org.
- AAD ID number
- Current contact information for business and home along with phone/fax numbers
- Copy of current medical license if applicable
- Include a very detailed statement outlining your current activities in dermatology
* More documents may be requested.
Please note, payment of current year's dues and $100 reinstatement fee is required. After the reinstatement is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to process payment. Please note that the reinstatement process can take up to 5-7 business days to complete once all information is received.
