A generic certificate of meeting attendance can be downloaded using your reg code from the meeting. This certificate will list your name as having attended the meeting and the total number of CME hours available while at the meeting.
Claim your CME credit from a meeting and receive a personalized transcript, using your reg code and last name as printed on your badge. Select the sessions you attended, then the credits you are claiming (in 1/4 hour increments), then fill out the survey. Once all are selected, fill out the over all meeting survey. The link to the certificate will appear at the top of the claims page.
Your reg code will be needed for both instances and can be found on your meeting badge, your emailed confirmation letter, or the post-meeting email containing your total payment history.
